Challenge Starts June 5

True Colors is a 4-week healthy eating challenge that’s about turning up the color in the foods you eat. It’s about eating more produce and getting more of the nutrients that amp up energy and prevent disease. It’s about adding delicious new tastes and tantalizing textures to meals and snacks. Each week features information on the health benefits that come with eating produce of a different color. The challenge provides the motivation to reach your goal of eating at least 2 cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of vegetables and drinking 6 cups of water every day. The Challenge begins Monday, June 5, 2017, and runs until Sunday, July 2, 2017.
